What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations of the unit during evening hours Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care Coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with state and facility standards Provide hands-on nursing care as needed What We’re Looking For: Active LPN license in the State of Ohio Strong leadership and communication skills Availability to work evenings and weekends Passion for providing exceptional care to residents and veterans Why Join Us?
