The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and checking in guests who arrive at the front desk, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay. ## Responsibilities Greet and check in guests promptly and professionally upon arrival. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Use hotel systems and computer software to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. ## Qualifications Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role preferred.
