Job Description
This role involves providing independent clinical care in an urgent care setting, treating acute conditions in both adults and children. Responsibilities include examining patients, taking histories, ordering and interpreting tests, diagnosing, prescribing medications, treating injuries, and educating patients. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of post-residency experience, board certification or eligibility in Family or Emergency Medicine, and licensure. Experience in urgent/emergency care, suturing, splinting, and EMR familiarity are preferred. Additional duties include supervising PAs/NPs remotely, acting as a collaborating physician, and supporting patient care. Strong Communication, Listening Skills, And Customer Service Are Essential.
