Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers near AZ 85266 to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need while promoting independence and dignity. Ideal candidates will have experience in various medical settings, including geriatrics, emergency medicine, and outpatient care. Responsibilities Provide daily basic companionship to the client Engage in friendly conversation and social interaction Offer emotional support and presence Assist with light supervision and ensuring client comfort Maintain a safe and positive environment Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition promptly. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as geriatrics or medical-surgical care is preferred. Knowledge of emergency medicine practices is a plus. Ability to work independently while following established care plans. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client homes. CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
