Job Description
Flour Fusion LLC is hiring Seasonal Production Associates to support increased production demand and facility expansion.This role includes both packaging and material handling responsibilities.Employees may rotate between light and heavy production tasks based on operational needs.Work is expected to run consistently through March.Production schedules may temporarily adjust during the week of March 30 due to equipment installation and operational upgrades.Applicants must be flexible with scheduling and task assignments based on production needs.Monday - Friday 2 PM - 10:30 PM Overtime may be required Hours may vary based on production volume Production Associates support bakery manufacturing operations including packaging, labeling, palletizing, product handling, and line support in a fast-paced production environment.All associates may be assigned to various production tasks, including lifting, palletizing, and packaging, depending on daily operational needs.Physical Requirements Stand for 8hours per shift Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Work in production environment Position Type Seasonal / Project-Based Full-Time When Scheduled Non-Exempt Continued employment is dependent on business needs and production demand.Pay:$17.25 per hour Work Location:In person.
