Job Description
Carl Buddig & Company, a family-owned leader in the manufacturing industry since 1943, is seeking a D365 Support Analyst to join our Information Technology & Technical Support team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support, configuration, and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications that support our production, supply chain, finance, and distribution operations. Working closely with plant operations, production supervisors, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure that our D365 environment enables safe, efficient, and compliant food manufacturing processes. The D365 Support Analyst will investigate and resolve user issues, manage tickets, analyze recurring problems, and recommend system improvements that support our commitment to quality and innovation. You will participate in system testing, updates, and enhancements, create and maintain documentation, and assist with user training to drive adoption and best practices. The role includes supporting integrations between D365 and related manufacturing, inventory, and quality systems to provide accurate, timely data across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system configurations and light customizations, ensuring alignment with standard D365 functionality whenever possible. Drawing on your understanding of manufacturing workflows and ERP processes, you will help optimize production reporting, inventory accuracy, and traceability to support food safety and regulatory requirements. This position fits into Buddig’s family-oriented culture, where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are highly valued. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills, capable of supporting end users at multiple sites, prioritizing incidents, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is typically full-time, offering the opportunity to grow your skills with D365 and related Microsoft technologies while contributing directly to the reliability and performance of mission-critical systems that keep our plants running safely and efficiently.
