What You'll Need to Succeed: Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology Arizona medical license or IMLC certification (will consider licensing for August start dates) Minimum of 1 year of experience in Urology DEA license Excellent procedural skills, including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy Strong communication and patient management skills Additional Skills That Set You Apart: Experience with TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy procedures Familiarity with robotic surgical systems (robotics available, but not required) Ability to adapt to hospital EMR systems, particularly Cerner Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Prior experience in a hospital-based urology practice Proven track record with surgical procedures and patient-centered care Other Important Details: Coverage support includes one employed MD and assigned Medical Assistants Expect to see approximately 15-18 patients daily, performing 10-15 procedures weekly Surgical volume of about 3-4 cases per week Hospital includes 99 beds with advanced robotics available Day shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days Travel and licensing reimbursements applicable Enjoy competitive pay of $466.83 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
