Job Description
Organization U.S. Cyber Command Duty Location FORT MEADE, ANNE ARUNDEL, MD Major Duties The primary purpose of this position is to apply functional expertise to content oversight of knowledge based systems and processes for sharing information and improving integration among the information systems and workforce within the United States Cyber Command. Qualifications/ Specialized Experience GG-13 - Specialized experience would be demonstrated by planning and managing knowledge management (KM) programs, ensuring they comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinates and facilitates the effective use of internal task management systems for highpriority and time-sensitive tasks. Develop detailed plans, including long-range plans for incremental implementation and integration with partners. GG-12 - Interprets broad and general guidelines related to agency policy statements and objectives; modifies and refines these guidelines to address complex issues, research trends, develop new methods and criteria, and propose new policies and practices. GG-11 - Analyze the process of locating, selecting, and applying the most appropriate guidelines, references, and procedures, exercising judgment in specific situations. The position requires adaptability and versatility to effectively respond to changing work conditions. Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Three-year trail/probationary period may be required. May be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft. The employee must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam. This position is a testing designated position (TDP) in accordance with (IAW) Drug Free Workplace Program. As a precondition and continuing condition of employment, the incumbent of this position must, IAW Chapter 5, Section II, paragraphs 5-8b and 5-8c (4) of AR 600-85 (The Army Substance Abuse Program) and DA PAM 600-85 (Army Substance Abuse Program Civilian Services), Chapter 3, paragraphs 3-2e and 3-2f agree to submit urinalysis testing on a recurring basis. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019 (Condition of Employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical under the DA, Drug Free Federal Workplace Program. The incumbent mist meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
