Overview Join our dynamic team as a Used Car Sales Specialist and drive the future of automotive retail! Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate sales opportunities. Demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs. Negotiate prices, trade-in values, financing options, and add-on services to close sales confidently. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and accessories to maximize dealership revenue. Maintain detailed inventory control records and ensure all vehicle information is accurately updated in dealership systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle inventory management and control processes efficiently. Experience in dealership environments or automotive sales is highly desirable; knowledge of inventory management systems is advantageous. Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales efforts, and marketing activities confidently. Excellent math skills for retail math calculations, including discounts, trade-in values, and profit margins. Strong interpersonal skills such as public speaking, customer service excellence, and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.
