Responsibilities Help customers find the right vehicle Build strong relationships and create a positive buying experience from start to finish Respond to internet, phone, social media, and walk-in leads in a timely and professional manner Conduct vehicle walkarounds Learn and clearly explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and GAP insurance Follow up with customers through calls, texts, and emails to close sales Work with lenders and management to help customers get approved and into the right vehicle Stay up to date on inventory and pricing Post and promote inventory on social media and online marketplaces Maintain a professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach Learn dealership systems, paperwork, and the full sales process from start to finish Create a low-pressure, enjoyable buying experience for every customer Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries to generate new sales opportunities Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently to facilitate informed purchasing decisions Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience Upsell additional products or services such as warranties and insurance packages Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette and fostering positive relationships with clients Requirements Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented personality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation Full time including weekends Valid driver’s license Valid dealer license Sales experience required Spanish speaking is a plus Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Familiarity with CRM software platforms Experience in dealership operations Excellent organizational skills Join us as a Used Car Salesperson where your enthusiasm fuels success!
