As a Used Vehicle Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, managing inventory, and supporting dealership sales objectives. Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote used vehicle inventory Conduct needs assessments to match customers with suitable vehicles, emphasizing features, benefits, and value propositions Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales outcomes Maintain an active sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software Support inventory management by coordinating vehicle listings, organizing test drives, and ensuring accurate record keeping Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear communication, transparent information, and professional phone etiquette Assist in marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to boost dealership visibility Experience Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive or retail industry is highly desirable Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred; knowledge of automobile sales processes is a plus Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle inventory control and retail math calculations accurately Experience in public speaking or marketing activities that support outreach efforts will be viewed favorably Join our team as a Used Vehicle Consultant and become part of a vibrant environment where your sales expertise makes a real difference!
