We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Own and deliver end-to-end Research Operations services and programs aligned to the overall Research Ops strategy. Design, implement, and iterate on scalable operational systems supporting multiple research teams, products, or business functions. Maintain and evolve research repositories and knowledge-management systems to ensure insights are accessible and discoverable. Partner with various teams, including User Researchers, Product, Design, Legal, and Privacy, to translate research needs into effective operational solutions. Manage research participant recruitment, incentive models, and fulfillment processes, ensuring ethical and compliant engagement. Drive operational initiatives, identify risks, and seek opportunities for efficiency improvements. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or PhD with 1 year of experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in research operations, project coordination, program coordination, or operations roles. 4+ years of experience working in UX/Product Design, product, design, marketing, analytics, or customer research environments. Strong working knowledge of Research Ops principles, practices, data governance, and participant protection. Proven ability to independently design, deliver, and improve operational systems using service design and program management practices. Experience managing research repositories, participant panels, and vendors with limited supervision.
