Job Title:Utility & Maintenance TechnicianLocation:RCD RV - MedinaEmployment Type:Full-Time or Part-Time (some Saturday availability required) Position Overview:RCD RV in Medina is seeking a dependable, hardworking Utility & Maintenance Associate to support the daily operations of our dealership.This role is essential in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient lot while assisting both the Sales and Service departments.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.Key Responsibilities:Maintain overall lot organization, cleanliness, and appearance Ensure proper inventory alignment and unit placement Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently Assist with unit pickup, delivery, and transport as needed Support both Sales and Service teams with day-to-day operational needs Help prepare units for display, sale, or customer delivery Participate in general facility upkeep and maintenance tasks Stay proactive in identifying tasks and maintaining productivity throughout the day Additional Responsibilities (Preferred):Assist with new customer orientation, including walkthroughs and basic camper operation Provide support to customers by demonstrating unit features and functionality Qualifications:Previous experience in a utility, maintenance, or similar hands-on role preferred Experience towing trailers and/or using RVs/campers is a plus Forklift experience or willingness to learn Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing daily priorities Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Schedule Requirements:Full-time or part-time availability Must be able to work some Saturdays Why Join RCD RV?At RCD RV, you'll be part of a team that values hard work, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset.This role offers variety in your day-to-day responsibilities and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic dealership environment.Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
