Utility Foreman - Sewer, Water, Storm, Electrical Priority Construction Inc. Oregon & Washington Priority Construction Inc.is hiring an experienced Utility Foreman for underground utility work on subdivision and civil projects in Oregon and Washington.We are looking for someone who can lead a crew, run work independently, and make sure everything is installed correctly the first time.Responsibilities: Lead crews installing sewer, storm, water, and electrical trenching - Oversee deep sewer installation up to 20feet - Read plans and set the crew up for success - Ensure proper grade, slope, alignment, and compaction - Catch issues early and reduce rework - Maintain safe trenching practices - Coordinate with superintendent and other crews - Keep production moving on schedule - Use and understand GPS systems (Trimble, Topcon) Requirements: Strong experience in underground utilities - Proven experience leading a crew - Experience with deep sewer installation - Ability to read plans and run work independently - Experience with Trimble, Topcon, or similar GPS systems - Strong understanding of trench safety and field problem-solving Pipe Layer - Sewer, Storm, Water Priority Construction Inc. Oregon & Washington Priority Construction Inc.is hiring Pipe Layers for underground utility work on subdivision and civil projects in Oregon and Washington.We are looking for candidates who know how to install pipe correctly, work on grade, and keep up with production.Responsibilities: Install sewer, storm, and water pipe - Set pipe to proper grade and alignment - Prepare trench, bedding, and backfill - Install fittings, manholes, and structures - Work with operator and foreman to keep production moving - Maintain safe work practices in trenches Requirements: Experience in underground pipe installation - Understanding of grade, slope, and elevations - Ability to read plans and follow layout - Experience working in trenches (including deeper utilities) - Experience using laser and/or GPS (Trimble, Topcon) preferred - Strong work ethic and reliability Pay: $35.00 - $40.00+/hr depending on experience To Apply:Email:hr@priority-const.com Call/Text:503-830-6861 Pay:$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
