Career Opportunity Smurfit Westrock Solvay Mill is seeking a Utilities Specialist for their Water Recycling Facility. The Utilities Technician supports the mill through operation and maintenance of the boiler system, water treatment facility and chiller systems. Pay Range $40.30/hour - $46.05/hour Starting rate is $40.30/hour; employees progress through pay range upon completion of training. How You Will Impact Smurfit Westrock Perform tasks as assigned to support line team emergent needs Know and follow all Safety, Mill and ISO procedures Perform shutdown/startup tasks as assigned Attend and participate in HSG and Team Meetings Operate Industrial mobile equipment Perform and document mobile equipment inspections Writes work order requests as required Operate various computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Panther System, Etc.
