Utility Production Technician

Rosenberger North America Pennsauken, an Aerospace/Defense manufacturer, and innovative global leader in radio frequency and technology is currently looking for a Utility Production Technician. About The Position: This is a Non-Exempt (Hourly) position in a climate controlled facility. 1st shift, 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with biweekly pay. In our NJ facility, we machine tight tolerance (<.0001 in.) military/aerospace products (i.e. connectors) using various metals (some exotic - i.e. inconel, tantalum, beryllium copper, etc.). The Utility Production Technician position is responsible for maintaining operations through assignments in multiple departments as necessary. This would include, but is not limited to: CNC Machine Operation, Deburring, Hardware Installation, Assembly, GPS Antenna Production, and light maintenance duties. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties: Perform various tasks assigned by supervisor as needed. Operate CNC machines (Milling and Swiss) Perform hardware installation Perform part marking Perform deburring and cleaning operations Perform light machine maintenance and lubrication Follow all Rosenberger North America policies and safety guidelines QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work on multiple teams. Work with teams to come up with creative solutions to machining challenges. Work with teams to reason through and identify root causes of manufacturing-related issues. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Strong analytical and creative thinking. Hands-on troubleshooting skills. Understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Interest/experience in machining, assembly, and manufacturing.
