Crucial Link is hiring in Ravenna, OH 44266 for a 1st Shift Production Associate - Utility Worker Temp to Hire Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.1st Shift Production / Manufacturing Associate (4x10s) - Ravenna, OH 44266 Schedule:Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm (four 10-hour shifts) Paid Lunch:Yes Overtime:Occasional Fridays (as needed) Pay:$16-$22/hr (based on experience) Location:Ravenna, OH 44266 Position Overview We're hiring dependable 1st Shift Production / Manufacturing Associates for a stable operation in Ravenna (44266).This is a hands-on role supporting daily production and shop/plant needs.If you like staying busy, working safely, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, this could be a great fit.What You'll Do Assist with day-to-day production / assembly / general manufacturing tasks Load/unload materials and move product to the next step in the process Perform basic measuring/inspection to ensure quality standards are met Label, package, and prep finished goods for shipment or staging Maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused work area (5S mindset) Follow work instructions, safety rules, and production priorities Communicate issues (quality, material shortages, equipment concerns) to leads/supervisors What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality (4x10 schedule) Ability to follow instructions and work with consistency/attention to detail Comfort working on your feet in a production environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Manufacturing/warehouse experience is a plus (higher pay for stronger experience) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs (role-dependent) Why This Role 4-day workweek (Mondays-Thursdays) Paid lunch Pay based on what you bring to the table:$16-$22/hr DOE Opportunity for overtime on Fridays when available.
