We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Provide complex user experience guidance and technical expertise, encompassing user research, testing, interactive design, and visual design. Review research findings, user personas, and provide guidance for the creation of concepts, information architecture, UI designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications. Drive synthesis of complex situations and information across multiple factors. Mentor and train more junior designers, contributing to team processes and organization. Act as a strong communicator, advocating for user experience and ensuring understanding across cross-functional teams. Operate within a Studio-centric model, executing under limited supervision. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 10-12 years of relevant experience. A portfolio showcasing your work is required. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Ability to build effective relationships and give constructive design feedback.
