Summary Seasonal Position: May - September 2026 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Valet Attendant to join our team. The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed. The successful candidate is professional, personable, and has excellent customer service skills. Your infectious enthusiasm, genuine smile, attentive service, and passion for hospitality will shine and set the tone for enjoyable, lasting impressions for our guests. What You'll Do: Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated room Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized Park and obtain guest cars when needed **The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Play Play 00:00 01:58 Mute Settings Enter fullscreen Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects Outstanding customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Driver's license required Must have a clean driving record Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking. Must be available to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
