Valet Attendant Supervisor

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of our establishment Safely park and retrieve vehicles using manual transmission and other vehicle types, including parking protocols Manage parking lot flow efficiently, directing vehicles to available spaces and ensuring smooth traffic movement Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, demonstrating retail math skills and cash handling expertise Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking area, adhering to safety standards at all times Assist with delivery driver responsibilities when needed, supporting logistical operations with professionalism Skills Exceptional guest services and customer service skills that foster positive interactions Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse guests and team members Valid driving experience, including proficiency with manual transmission vehicles Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures Previous dealership or retail experience is a plus, especially involving cashiering or retail math Bilingual capabilities to serve a broader range of guests are highly desirable Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on delivering top-tier hospitality while managing vehicle operations efficiently.
