Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear directions for parking procedures Safely operate various vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring proper handling at all times Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Assist guests with loading or unloading belongings when necessary, demonstrating excellent guest services skills Maintain a clean and organized parking area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services, including cash handling and retail math calculations Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries promptly Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred Strong guest services and customer service skills with a positive attitude Ability to operate vehicles safely in parking areas and navigate tight spaces confidently Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members Previous experience in hospitality, dealership, delivery driving, cashiering, or retail environments is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a broader range of guests effectively Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform vehicle movements for extended periods; manual dexterity for precise vehicle handling This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on delivering outstanding guest experiences while working in an energetic environment.
