The firm is employee-owned and serves private equity funds, venture capital firms, and corporations across multiple industries. It delivers valuation opinions and financial analyses that help clients make informed business decisions. You'll work on meaningful projects in a collaborative, remote-first environment. What You'll Do Lead valuation engagements across equity, debt, derivatives, and alternative assets for financial reporting, tax, and transaction purposes. Manage teams of junior professionals while collaborating with senior leadership to exceed client expectations. Deliver high-quality valuation reports, analyses, and presentations on time and within scope. Meet directly with clients, board members, and stakeholders to discuss findings and next steps. Contribute to business development by building client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Research industries, competitors, financial statements, and comparable companies to support analyses. Apply sound judgment to solve client challenges and recommend practical solutions. What You'll Need 7+ years of valuation experience, including transaction opinions and financial reporting valuations. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proficiency with Excel (Microsoft), Bloomberg, or S&P Capital IQ. Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings clearly. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to firm initiatives. Nice-to-Haves Master's degree or MBA in finance or accounting. Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) credential. Experience with cryptoassets, structured products, or complex derivatives valuation. What We Offer Competitive salary: $116,000-$174,000 base, plus semi-annual performance bonuses. 401(k) matching and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation. 100% remote position with flexibility to work from home.
