Are you looking for an opportunity to join a great team? We're looking for a full-time, female (BFOQ) van driver at our American Behavioral Health Systems Mission facility in Spokane Valley, WA.Our Van Drivers play an important part as we provide substance abuse and mental health services to our community members.Job Summary:To provide transportation services for ABHS clients.To run errands at request of supervisor or management staff.Ensures that safe driving practices in accordance with WSP and department of licensing are adhered to.Monitors safety condition of van and follows procedure for maintenance.Current available Position/Schedule:Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Qualifications:Minimum:High School diploma or GED.Must be female, due to operations needs.Must have current driving abstract at time of appointment.Abstract must meet minimum criteria per ABHS policy.Must have at least three years driving experience.Must be flexible and able to read and follow instructions.Must be at least 25 years old per insurance requirements.Physical Demands:Must be able to sit for long periods of time, stand, bend, stoop, and walk.Must be able to push pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:Follow scheduled appointments and ensure that clients are transported safely and timely Maintain van driver daily log and ensure accuracy Maintains and adheres to van maintenance schedule and ensures that check-ups are done timely Maintain cleanliness of van and surfaces on a continuous basis and adheres to van scheduled cleaning To perform assignments in a professional and caring manner Must be able to take written and/or verbal orders and perform other duties as assigned Assures that all ABHS' clients' needs are met with dignity and respect and in a timely manner Must be able to take verbal and written orders During down time (when not performing van driver duties) assists the Care Team/Facility Monitor department by performing tasks as requested ABHS Benefits: Employees and their families can enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Employee/Spouse Life, Employee/Spouse AD&D Child Life/AD&D. 85% of employees monthly medical premiums covered by ABHS.
