Role includes supplier governance, category management, and cost optimization while ensuring operational and capital project needs are met. Responsibilities: Lead sourcing, contract governance, and supplier performance management. Develop portfolio/category strategies to drive cost savings, sustainability, and supplier diversity. Oversee spend analysis, negotiations, and contract awards ($500K $10M). Build and manage a high-performing team (supervisors, category leaders, specialists). Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent + 8+ years sourcing/related experience. Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional management skills. Utility/vegetation management or project management experience preferred. MBA, 10+ years sourcing, and SAP/SRM expertise desirable. Compensation: The annual starting salary for this position is between $$140,000 $208,000 annually.
