Vehicle Concierge Specialist (VCS) Private Country Club Environment - Henderson, NV Blue Lake Detail Services is a high end vehicle concierge service operating inside a private country club environment.We provide discreet, professional vehicle reset services for members who expect consistency, respect, and attention to detail.This is not a typical car wash or detailing job.This is a disciplined, fast paced role within a service operation built on standards.Role Overview The Vehicle Concierge Specialist is responsible for executing interior and exterior vehicle resets to company standard.This role is physical, detail oriented, and requires consistent effort throughout the day.You will work directly alongside the operators and will be expected to move with urgency, maintain composure, and take pride in your work.Responsibilities Interior vacuuming and professional wipe downs Glass cleaning (interior and exterior) Wheel and Tire cleaning Drying vehicles and assisting with final touches Preparing and maintaining tools, towels, and proper dilution of chemicals Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Supporting workflow without constant direction Requirements Reliable transportation Consistent punctuality Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to follow direction and maintain standards Preferred Background (not required) Military Athletics UHNW family office environment Valet or hospitality Compensation Per vehicle pay and tip share Opportunity for increased responsibility, client facing roles and earnings based on performance Growth Path This role is the foundation of the company.All leadership and client facing positions are earned internally.High performers will have the opportunity to move into senior and leadership roles over time.Important This is a performance based environment.We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, move with purpose, and contribute to a professional service standard.To apply, send a brief message with your name, work experience, and availability.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$12.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
