This is a Full-Time ON-SITE position in MIRAMAR, FL 33027.Schedule:Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Input all current and previous landlord/rental/ employment references into the system.Contact applicant to retrieve necessary information.Conduct online searches to collect additional information if not provided on application or from applicant.Review all supporting documents on file and extract information to add to application.Place outbound calls to landlords, employers and record responses.Send fax, email and or verbally verify rental reference with landlord or poof of employment with HR.Ensure accuracy, complete and close application.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED required.1yrexperience in similar field, preferred.Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and procedures when necessary.Ability to multitask effectively.Ability to communicate effectively with others.Basic knowledge of computers, including an understanding of Google Suite Basic typing skills Excellent telephone skills and the ability to remain calm Able to speak English and Spanish BENEFITS Weekly Pay.401 (K).Paid Time Off.Health, Vision and Dental Insurance.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):Have you worked at a call center before?
