Atkins Associates is actively seeking top tier talent to join our team as a Verizon Account Representative.As of January this year, Verizon acquired Frontier Communications to expand it's fiber-optic footprint across 25 states.This expansion increases Verizon's accessibility tenfold, but also requires strategic sales and account management growth to satisfy the demand.This is where we come in.As the Verizon Account Representative, you will act on behalf of both of our telecom partners representing the best in class telecommunications services and wireless devices.You will speak directly with potential customers across the Southern Los Angeles and Anaheim to recommend products and service plans best suited to the customer's need and lifestyle.Verizon Account Representative Responsibilities:Execute customer-facing sales campaigns and promote Frontier and Verizon's products with an emphasis on quality and reliability vs.price.Provide personalized suggestions to meet each customer's particular communication demands based on establishing common ground a genuine rapport.Use assigned tablets to precisely enter all customer confidential information and process every service enrollment with ease, professionalism and transparency Deliver engaging sales presentations and implement quality-driven sales pitch techniques Represent Atkins Associates and our clients professionally and with integrity, you must stick to company compliance policies and moral sales practices Verizon Account Representative Requirements:Background in sales, account management or customer service based role is preferred Wide-ranging interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, Internet Customer Representatives and senior management.People who possess a results-driven mindset and a strong work ethic are invariably self-motivated.Able to work alone and manage time well while in the field.Excited to learn and adapt as the sales environment changes and challenges present themselves.Overview:Employment Type:Full-time, entry-level employee position.Pay Structure:Commission-based compensation with average earnings ranging from $45,000-55,000 yearly.Typical representatives enroll 2-3 new customers per day.Please note:This is a commission-based position with no base salary.Hours:Approximately 40-50 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.Work Location:Assigned territories for face-to-face sales in the local area, plus in-office meetings as needed.Clients & Products:Frontier customers; promoting and enrolling new customers in Frontier's internet services.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits:401(k) Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
