Verizon Account Representative Responsibilities: Interact with customers in person to understand their needs and match them with the right Verizon services. Communicate product features, promotions, and service benefits in a friendly, approachable way. Guide customers through the decision-making process and close sales with confidence. Build trust and long-term relationships through excellent service and follow-through. Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Represent Harrisburg Connect and Verizon with professionalism and a positive attitude.
