In this high paced role, you will support veterinarians and veterinary technicians by handling a variety of clinical and administrative tasks.Duties Assist with animal restraint during examinations, treatments, and procedures to ensure safety for both animals and staff Support veterinary technicians with laboratory work, sample collection, and diagnostic testing to aid accurate diagnoses Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennels, treatment areas, and equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene Handle pet care responsibilities including feeding, grooming, and monitoring animal behavior for signs of distress or illness Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining accurate patient records Assist with animal intake and discharge processes, including documentation of medical histories and treatment plans Qualifications Experience working in veterinary clinics or with veterinary technicians highly desirable Strong animal handling skills with dogs and cats Ability to perform animal restraint safely and effectively during examinations or treatments Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members in a professional manner Come join our private, family owned veterinary hospital.We have a friendly, caring staff!!
