Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)Feline Wellness Center - Grand Rapids, MI (NE side) Feline Wellness Center is a small but busy, feline-only, one-doctor practice on the northeast side of Grand Rapids.We are entering our 5th year in business, and our owner/veterinarian, Dr.Jen, brings over 31 years of experience in feline medicine.In addition to clinical care, Dr.Jen owns and oversees Crash's Landing, so rescue work--particularly involving sick and injured cats--is a significant part of what happens behind the scenes.If you're passionate about cats and meaningful, hands-on work, you'll feel right at home here.Position Details Part-time, afternoon shifts, one full day Schedule:Monday (afternoon), Tuesday (afternoon), Thursday (all day), Friday (afternoon) Hours: 20-25 hours per week on average, with potential to grow to 30 hours Starting wage:$16-$17/hour, depending on experience Uniform allowance after 90 days Availability required for sick and vacation coverage Part-time benefits package to be discussed Our Practice Offers IDEXX in-house lab (ProCyte, Catalyst, SediVue, InVue analyzers) Digital radiography Pet Desk messaging and communication systems Cornerstone software (experience is a plus!)
