Your role is critical in creating a smooth, positive experience for every client. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting clients and checking patients in and out Answering phones and managing appointment scheduling Handling billing, invoices, and payment processing Managing multiple phone lines while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor Communicating clearly with clients about services, appointments, and follow-ups Coordinating with technicians and doctors to keep the schedule flowing Maintaining accurate client and patient records Supporting front desk organization and daily operations <
