At VCA Premier Animal Hospital & Pet Resort, we're looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who goes above and beyond to make every client and patient feel cared for, valued, and supported. We're a six-doctor hospital that has proudly served the North Austin community for nearly 20 years. What You'll Do As a CSR, you are the heart of the client experience -often the first and last impression of our hospital. You'll: Welcome clients warmly and ensure a smooth, stress-free visit from check-in to checkout Answer phones with confidence and empathy while scheduling and confirming appointments Clearly explain services, recommendations, and fees so clients feel informed and comfortable Accurately process payments, maintain records, and manage communications Educate pet owners on services, products, and preventative care Follow up with clients and connect with prospective pet parents in a proactive, caring way What We're Looking For At least 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary/medical preferred, not required) A genuine love for people and pets
