We are open Monday through Friday only — no weekends. Position Overview The purpose of the Client Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service while helping the hospital run smoothly day to day. This position includes helping clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and supporting the team in creating a positive experience for pets and their families. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, multitasking, and being part of a collaborative veterinary team. Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering multi-line phones and assisting clients professionally and compassionately Scheduling appointments and procedures Checking clients in and out Processing payments and daily financial transactions Relaying messages to doctors and staff members Faxing and emailing documents to outside pharmacies, veterinary hospitals, and specialists Maintaining accurate client and patient information Helping maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Supporting the team and helping the day run smoothly Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working around dogs and cats of varying temperaments Attention to detail and professionalism Veterinary reception experience preferred, but not required Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance with 75% employer-paid monthly premium Paid time off and separate sick leave Employee pet discount CE opportunities and continued learning support Scrub allowance Supportive team environment with long-term growth opportunities If you are looking for a hospital where your work is appreciated, your team supports one another, and you can continue growing professionally, we would love to hear from you.
