Vice President, Capital Management About the Company Prominent alternative asset management firm Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Capital Management to lead its liquidity strategy, bank relationships, hedging activity, and financing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cash management, credit facilities, funding structures, and financial risk exposure. This role requires a strategic and analytical leader with a strong background in treasury management, including the development and implementation of treasury policies and systems. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing senior-level banking relationships, negotiating various credit facilities, and ensuring compliance and oversight of counterparty risk. Applicants for the Vice President (Capital Management) position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7-15 years of progressive treasury experience, preferably within alternative asset management or related corporate finance functions. A deep understanding of money markets, financing structures, liquidity management, and hedging strategies is essential. The role demands a candidate with technical skills in treasury management systems, Bloomberg, and bank platforms, as well as hands-on experience in negotiating and managing credit facilities.
