Vice President, Capital Reporting and Analysis About the Company Top-tier global financial group Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a VP for Capital Reporting and Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for computing quarterly capital ratios, as well as credit and market risk-weighted asset calculations. This role involves a deep analysis of Basel RWA reporting in accordance with US regulatory requirements, and the coordination of various testing and user acceptance processes related to the automation of the calculation engine. Collaboration with the IT department on systems implementation, development and maintenance of EUC procedures, and ensuring that financial controls and validations are in line with expectations are also key aspects of the position. The VP will be expected to generate a range of reports, evaluate the impact of regulatory changes, and drive process optimization to enhance governance and control. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience, with a specific requirement for RWA calculation experience. Experience with bank regulatory reports is advantageous. The role demands a professional with a strong background in public, private, or a combination of both, financial environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage complex projects independently, and the flexibility to meet tight deadlines. The VP will also be expected to proactively identify and address regulatory deficiencies, and to drive opportunities for automation and business process enhancements while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
