Position Summary This is an exciting time to join the Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) Marketing team at Vista Equity Partners as we build a brand new digital engagement strategy and scale lead generation for the Private Wealth business, a strategic and high-growth area for the firm. We are developing innovative marketing strategies to engage financial advisors, private banks, and RIA partners, while enabling scalable growth using leading digital and AI tools. The Marketing team works cross-functionally to advance the Firm’s brand, drive advisor education, deepen client relationships, and deliver personalized digital experiences across the investor lifecycle. The Vice President, Channel & Integrated Marketing will serve as the strategic orchestrator for Vista’s marketing programs across the Private Wealth channel. This leader will design multi-touch digital journeys, architect automated workflows, drive personalization strategies, and oversee integrated programs that generate qualified leads and support advisor servicing. Partnering closely with the Head of Private Wealth Marketing, Private Wealth Sales, and Head of Marketing Operations, this role ensures Vista’s content, campaigns, events, and digital experiences are delivered cohesively and efficiently to the financial advisor ecosystem. This is an ideal opportunity for a digitally native marketing strategist with demonstrated experience creating scalable, data-driven advisor engagement programs inside a wealth management, asset management, or alternatives-focused environment. Strong expertise in marketing automation, digital orchestration, workflow design, and agile marketing is essential. Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) is responsible for product strategy, fundraising, relationship management, and the investor experience for all of Vista’s Private Equity and Private Credit solutions across private wealth channels (Private Banks, Wirehouses and Broker-Dealers, Registered Investment Advisers and Multi-Family Offices, and digital platforms). Private Wealth Solutions will seek to harness the transformative power of technology to provide private banks and their clients with access to exceptional returns with low loss ratios, unique technology market insights, and a modern client experience. The team will expand on Vista’s current presence in the private wealth channel to become the technology sector partner of choice for the global private wealth market. As an early member of the growing Private Wealth Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in developing the foundation and building it into a key driver of Vista’s overall strategic objectives. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Marketing Orchestration Develop and own the integrated channel marketing roadmap for PWS, aligning campaigns, digital journeys, events, and communications into cohesive programs that drive advisor engagement and pipeline generation. Partner with the Head of Private Wealth Marketing to translate channel strategy into measurable, multi-step marketing initiatives. Lead agile marketing ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) to drive cross-functional alignment and rapid execution. Digital Journey Architecture & Personalization Architect and execute digital customer journeys across advisor segments (wirehouses, RIAs, private banks, family offices), incorporating triggers, segmentation, automation, and personalization logic. Translate business goals into dynamic workflows that advance prospects through the funnel and support relationship deepening for existing clients. Develop personalization tactics across email, web, gated experiences, CRM touchpoints, and digital events to improve relevance and advisor experience. Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution Oversee buildout and optimization of automated nurture programs, including onboarding series, product/strategy education, event-driven workflows, and cross-sell sequences. Partner closely with centralized Marketing Operations, CRM, and Digital teams to execute, test, and optimize campaigns in alignment with Vista’s digital platforms and data infrastructure. Ensure campaigns are fully integrated across email, web, paid media, social, advisor platforms, and sales enablement channels. Channel Insights, Analytics & Optimization Leverage data, insights, and digital analytics to inform journey design, improve conversion, and refine audience segmentation. Establish KPIs for advisor engagement, lead generation, funnel progression, and client servicing impact. Incorporate A/B testing, behavioral engagement signals, and reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration
