Vice President, CLO Operations About the Company Top-tier investment management firm Industry Investment Management Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President for CLO Operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with the modeling and ongoing maintenance of CLOs and Private Funds within the portfolio. This role requires a professional with a strong background in CLO-related and/or structured product experience, particularly in the areas of CLO reporting, and a basic understanding of bank debt and fixed-income securities. Key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of CLO models, running pre-trade testing, providing weekly CLO snapshots, and general fund oversight to ensure compliance with covenants. Applicants for the Vice President, CLO Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of CLO-related and/or structured product experience, with at least 5 years' in CLO reporting. Operational knowledge of bank debt, fixed-income securities, and both broadly syndicated and Middle Market CLO structures and leverage facilities is essential. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can review and tie out extensive data for trustee reports, maintain borrowing base files, and facilitate fundings or paydowns as directed by portfolio management. The ideal candidate will be adept at refreshing team metrics and QPRs, and will be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
