The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the company's goals, including the establishment of underwriting policies, oversight of pricing, product development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role demands a leader with a strong analytical and strategic mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions and driving growth in a competitive market. The VP will also be tasked with managing relationships with key industry partners, overseeing the product management process, and providing training to staff on product and underwriting practices. Applicants for the VP, Commercial Product position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of six years' product management experience, particularly within the small commercial BOP sector. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in product management, strong influence and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage results in dynamic environments. Essential skills include strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
