Vice President, Consultant Relations About the Company Accomplished asset management firm with a global reach Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President for Consultant Relations to enhance its North American consultant relations platform. This senior role is pivotal in fostering deep, relationship-driven consultant coverage, moving beyond traditional research-only engagement to a more comprehensive, multi-channel model. The successful candidate will be the primary relationship owner for East Coast global and national consulting firms, with a focus on representing the company's infrastructure and alternatives platform. Key responsibilities include building and executing firm-specific consultant engagement strategies, leading and coordinating various consultant activities, and ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all consultant-facing interactions. Applicants must have a proven track record in consultant-facing roles within asset management, alternatives, or related fields, with a strong preference for those with a background in alternatives and infrastructure experience. The role requires a candidate who is commercially credible, relationship-driven, and capable of operating independently. Strong technical fluency, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to quickly establish credibility with senior consultant stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will be based in New York, with direct experience or strong familiarity covering the Boston or Atlanta markets, and should be comfortable with a Vice President title that offers the potential for growth within the organization.
