This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact healthcare consulting initiatives across cardiovascular, neuroscience, musculoskeletal, and surgical service lines. The position combines strategic consulting leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will guide complex engagements, mentor consulting teams, and contribute to business growth through innovation and industry expertise. Working closely with executive leadership and healthcare stakeholders, you will help healthcare organizations improve operational performance and patient care outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare consultant who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys leading transformational initiatives. Remote flexibility is available, with occasional travel and collaboration expected. \n Accountabilities: Lead consulting engagements in roles such as Account Manager, Project Leader, or Project Support to ensure successful project delivery, high client satisfaction, and adherence to contractual commitments. Oversee project timelines, scope management, quality standards, and operational execution while identifying opportunities for additional client value and business growth. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives for the consulting division and participate in leadership discussions regarding organizational growth and operational excellence. Develop and maintain consulting standards, methodologies, documentation processes, and compliance practices to ensure consistency and quality across engagements. Serve as a subject matter expert across healthcare service lines including heart, vascular, neuroscience, musculoskeletal, and surgical services. Build and maintain strong client relationships, including post-engagement follow-up to identify ongoing consulting and partnership opportunities. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support proposal development, presentations, and new business initiatives within the healthcare sector. Mentor and support consulting staff through coaching, onboarding, performance management, and professional development initiatives. Partner with internal teams to improve project management systems, reporting capabilities, and consulting delivery processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred. Progressive leadership experience within healthcare management or healthcare consulting environments. Proven success leading consulting engagements and managing cross-functional project teams. Strong expertise in healthcare service line operations, strategy, and hospital-physician alignment models. Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both executive and operational stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities with a proactive leadership mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management and reporting tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across distributed teams. Willingness to travel periodically and engage with corporate leadership as needed.
