Vice President, Credit Management About the Company Prominent banking organization Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President - Credit Manager to lead a team of credit analysts and ensure the maintenance of strong credit quality through the analysis and approval of commercial loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring the credit analysts, performing in-depth commercial credit analysis including financial statements, cash flow, and collateral evaluation, and applying the Five Cs of Credit in the loan evaluation process. Additionally, the role involves preparing and presenting credit memos, assigning risk ratings, and working closely with loan officers and clients. The VP - Credit Manager will also be tasked with monitoring the loan portfolio's risk and supporting compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Vice President - Credit Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' of commercial banking credit analysis experience, with a strong background in financial statement analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and leadership experience is preferred. The role demands a full-time commitment, with a standard work setup of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and may involve some travel.
