Job Description
A leading real assets platform is seeking an experienced client services professional to manage key institutional relationships and support the operational needs of real asset and private equity fund clients. What You Will Do Manage client relationships across multiple funds and serve as a primary point of escalation Support fund launches , pricing reviews, and service scoping Oversee operational deliverables across fund accounting, investor relations, and ancillary services Lead client meetings including weekly calls, quarterly reviews, and annual strategy sessions Review revenue and margin performance and support planning for improved financial outcomes Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure timely, high quality service delivery What You Bring Ten plus years of experience in real assets, private equity, or fund administration with at least 5 years experience in Client Service Management Strong understanding of real estate and private equity fund structures Understanding of investment accounting rules Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and operational workflows Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
