Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and driving financial strategy to support organizational goals. The role requires close collaboration with leadership teams to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to foster growth and maintain financial stability. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and budget management Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Exceptional Analytical Skills with a strategic mindset to drive financial decisions Ability to lead with integrity and make data-driven decisions Experience with financial practices in cryptocurrency and blockchain industries is a plus Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous Proven leadership capabilities with an ability to manage teams and cross-functional stakeholders effectively
