Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the organization, including developing and implementing financial planning and analysis, creating and managing financial reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include leading the preparation of financial statements, advising on business decisions based on financial analysis, and optimizing financial performance. The role demands strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in decision-making processes at the executive level to support company growth and sustainability. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Analysis Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Proven ability to leverage Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making and problem-solving Thorough understanding of Finance principles, practices, and regulations Track record of leadership and people management in financial operations Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
