The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, financial reporting, and the preparation of financial statements. The role includes strategic analysis, ensuring compliance, and guiding financial decision-making while implementing best practices. The VP of Finance will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that support the company's objectives and sustainable growth goals within the manufacturing sector. Qualifications Comprehensive experience in Financial Planning and Strategic Analysis Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong knowledge of Finance with well-developed Analytical Skills Demonstrated ability to contribute to cross-functional teams and work with senior leadership Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Experience in the manufacturing sector, private equity, or acquisition-focused businesses is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable
