Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Vice President of Finance for a full-time, remote role. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting and statements, provide strategic financial insights, and lead the finance team. Core responsibilities include setting financial strategies, supervising budgets, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting long-term financial goals in alignment with the company’s mission. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive fiscal efficiency and organizational success. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management Advanced skills in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data Proven experience in strategic financial leadership, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred Proficient in financial modeling tools and accounting software Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
