The successful candidate will be the chief research and innovation officer, responsible for advancing the institution's research and innovation agenda, growing research opportunities, and developing new collaborations, particularly with industry. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in administrative leadership, a deep understanding of the federal funding landscape, and direct experience in executing research initiatives with corporate and non-governmental partners. The VPRI will be expected to model ethical leadership, be a skilled communicator, and demonstrate the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
