The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the manufacturing strategy, leading the business's performance, and ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across all locations. This role demands a leader with a strong background in multi-site manufacturing, operations, or business unit leadership, who can drive operational excellence, transformation, and financial performance. The VP/GM will also be tasked with overseeing P&L elements, leading cross-functional initiatives, and building a high-performance culture centered on accountability, empowerment, and operational discipline. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a degree in a related field. Significant leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing and a proven track record of success in high-growth environments are essential. The role requires a leader with strong operational and business judgment, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to inspire teams and drive results. Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineered products, power systems, or similar complex operating environments is preferred. The VP/GM will also be expected to have a strong focus on safety, quality, compliance, and risk management, as well as the ability to develop talent and build a high-performance organization.
