Our client is an international trading company. They seek a Vice President & General Manager of Finance to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Direct group financing activities, including cash pooling and intercompany lending across entities Supervise cash management operations, including wires, ACH, checks, and account reconciliations Administer trade finance activities while providing technical guidance to finance and business teams Optimize liquidity by managing cash positions, forecasts, and funding requirements Coordinate borrowing activities and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions Monitor loan balances, intercompany payables/receivables, and foreign exchange risk exposure Advise on financial risks and regulatory considerations, including tax and compliance matters Partner with global treasury and finance teams to align funding strategies and support business initiatives Lead team development, departmental operations, budgeting, and strategic financial planning Support cross-functional needs, including audits, internal approvals, reporting, and special projects Requirements 7+ years of corporate treasury experience Private/combo experience Large international company experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent people management skills Job ID # 47829 Tagged as: In-Office
