Job Description
Position Title Vice President, Global Business Effectiveness Position Summary The Vice President, Global Business Effectiveness is responsible for enhancing organizational performance, efficiency, and execution across global operations. This role focuses on aligning strategy, processes, systems, and performance management frameworks to ensure the business operates at maximum effectiveness. The position plays a critical role in driving productivity, standardization, and continuous improvement across regions and functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the global business effectiveness strategy aligned with corporate objectives Design and implement frameworks to improve operational efficiency and performance Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions and business units Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and performance issues, and implement improvement initiatives Partner with leadership across functions to drive alignment and execution consistency Standardize processes, tools, and best practices across global operations Leverage data analytics to provide insights and support decision-making Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs Support change management efforts to enhance adoption of new processes and systems Build and lead a team focused on performance, analytics, and operational optimization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business transformation, or performance management Proven track record in improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven environments Experience working across global or multi-region organizations Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Core Competencies Business Performance Optimization Operational Efficiency Data-Driven Decision Making Process Design and Standardization Change Management Cross-Functional Leadership Work Environment Corporate or hybrid work setting High interaction with global leadership and cross-functional teams
